A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. I just love every aspect of life and this blog has been a convenient vehicle towards discovering more of the world. At the same time, it’s for sharing with my readers all that I have experienced.

My search for more of MAC’s nail lacquers brought me to 3 outlets, Pavilion, 1 Utama and Sunway Pyramid which are the only 3 outlets where the permanent range of nail lacquers are available. The nail lacquers have 3 finishes – creamy, sheer and frosted. My favourite of the 3 is frosted. Ever since I bought Girl Trouble, I’ve been impressed with the quality as there’s chipping only after 3 days. OPI nail lacquers chip about 4 days post-application.

They are quite fast drying too so I just had to look for more and found a few more I like but have not purchased yet as I’m trying to finish Girl Trouble first.
