A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. Naruko Tea Tree Shine Control & Blemish Clear Night Gelly is one cooling product as it contains peppermint. Although it is a night gelly, that doesn’t mean it isn’t suitable for day use too. It’s delightful to use this on irritated skin as it calms down skin and since I have been developing some acne lately (too stressed!!), this is a particularly useful moisturiser for day and night.

Hydration-wise, I don’t think it is hydrating enough for dry skins. It can be used as a sleeping mask. The texture is very smooth and the best feature about it is how pleasant it feels on skin. There’s a refreshing minty scent.
