A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. Hada Labo Blemish & Oil Control Hydrating Lotion is used like a toner, right after cleansing. Hada Labo recommends patting it on to skin but I prefer using a cotton pad as I find it easier and faster. This is quite a fluid lotion, it feels very hydrating and my skin is moist after it has been applied.

The purpose of this lotion is not only to store, lock and replenish moisture. It also works on combating blemishes and conditioning skin’s sebum production. It has a special formulation of Hatomugi, Bishop’s Weed, Chamomile Flower Extracts & Hyaluronic Acid.
