A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. At the launch of Guardian “Shop Your Way To Korea” contest yesterday at Paradigm Mall, I was asking the people at APRILSKIN what their best-selling skincare is and directed towards their star product, the APRILSKIN Real Calendula Peel Off Pack. This is a purifying peel-off mask with calendula flower extract and recommended to be used once or twice weekly.

Known to clarify and soothe, calendula deeply moisturizes skin. Nourishing floral ingredients and flower oil moisturize skin at the same time. Its formula removes skin waste and controls sebum. Takes care of daily skin concerns such as dead skin cells and rough skin. It contains 2,000ppm of an original calendula flower to soothe skin.
