A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. Now here’s a moisturiser I really am looking forward to try – Hada Labo Gokujyun 3D Perfect Gel. As soon as I saw it at Guardian KLCC on Friday, I thought of Fujifilm Astalift Jelly Aquarysta. This has the same jelly bouncy texture whereby the surface goes back to being flat and pristine seconds after you have dipped your fingers inside.

As this is a Hada Labo product, you can be sure it contains a few types of hyaluronic acid as well as Resveratrol EX. Will it be as hydrating as Fujifilm’s version? I’ll find out soon, I hope, when the product reaches me.

Hada Labo Gokujyun 3D Perfect Gel retails at RM94.90/100g.
