A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. Whenever I see Argan Oil as one of the ingredients in skincare/bodycare, it brings the expectation of moisture to my skin. Kiehl’s Superbly Restorative Argan Body Cleansing Oil is formulated with fairly-traded Moroccan Argan Oil. Argan Oil is indeed one of Morocco’s famous exports as the Argan Tree is endemic to Morocco (lucky, lucky Moroccans!). I would love to see how they extract Argan Oil.

Argan Oil has long been considered multi-functional and an anti-ageing ingredient in skincare/bodycare due to it being rich in omega-6 and omega-9 essential fatty acids and vitamins A and E, all of which fight free radicals.
