A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. I had high expectations for MAC Cosmetics Pony Park Plenty Of Pout Plumping Lip Pout and really wanted to try it out. It’s supposed to create full bee-stung lips with a side of sheer, balmy shine. I got the latter but not much of the former effect. I do wish I had fuller lips as my lips are thin with one side thinner than the other.

There was an a cooling effect thanks to the invigorating ginger root complex. Didn’t see much volumizing of lips but there was a tingling sensation for a few minutes. Infused oils moisturize and smooth. Specially designed in metallic rose gold and matte dark grey packaging inspired by star tarot cards.
