A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. Currently, MAC Glitter Grunge Lipglass is my favourite lip gloss as the packaging and shade are so pretty. The shade is a purplish berry which goes on quite sheer but is buildable. For a more long-lasting effect, it’s better to apply it over lipstick.

It can also look more like a pinkish lipgloss, it’s not sticky or drying and I think it would be ideal for those who don’t like a strong shade of gloss as it leaves lips looking very natural. This lip gloss has some shimmer but is not overwhelming, the effect is rather subtle.
