A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. MAC Guo Pei Beauty Powder has to be the star product of this collection. For me, this is the most coveted product as the packaging is so luxurious and the flower embossed on the powder is calling out to me. It’s a silky soft “beauty” powder that is delicately tinted and translucent.

It can be applied as a soft blush, highlight or overall powder. Packaged in floral fabric and metal, I am sure it’ll be sold out soon despite the price of RM390/10g. Yes I know, this is MAC’s most expensive beauty powder ever and I swooned when I saw the price.
