A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. How different are MAC Spellbinder Shadows? They are black, ionized pigments magnetically charged, fusing the loose powder together. The 8 shades are on the darker side. They do feel like velvet and colour pay-off is excellent. You can tell how pigmented they are just looking at the swatches. They are seriously intense and you get this kind of colour without even having to use a primer.

If you like pigments but dislike the time it takes to use loose pigments, then check these out as they are easier to use. MAC Spellbinder Shadow retail at RM88/0.8g. This is a limited edition collection.
