A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. I don’t think the MAC Spring Summer 2016 Makeup Trend Hot Cherry under the “All” category needs much explanation as you must have immediately thought of red lips but there are many shades of red and different textures too. Also, not everyone can carry off every shade of red as some reds suit us more than others.

At the Giles show at London Woman Fashion Show Spring/Summer, Beet or Nightingale Lip Pencils were used with All Fired Up Lipstick to create a heart-shaped lip with perfectly blunted edges, providing a sumptuous and sensual raspberry lip to finish.
