A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. When you check out Dior’s Golden Shock Collection, your eyes will inevitably be drawn towards the four new limited edition shades of Diorific Vernis : vibrant red (Shock), intense violet (Smoky), delicate pearl (Mirror) and metallic gold (Gold Equinoxe). Then there’s also the Diorific Golden Shock Gold Leaf Effect Top Coat which can be applied over any nail lacquer or applied over bare nails for a bejeweled effect.

These are the prettiest nail lacquer bottles I have ever seen! I would go for the metallic gold shade, it looks so elegant.
