A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. If it was within my budget all the time, I would splash out on another Dior Lip Glow Pomade as so far, no other lip balm I’ve used has come close to its lip softening and moisturising effects. NIVEA Watering Lip Avocado contains Avocado Oil and Lotus Extract as well as Hydra IQ moisture technology. Upon application, it has an immediate softening effect although I would not be able to compare it favourably with my facourite Dior lip product.

Nevertheless as far as drugstore lip balms go, NIVEA Watering Lip Avocado is above average and I don’t mind continuing with this. It retails at RM13.70.
