A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. The Loretta hair care range is under Molto Bene of Japan. This range has cute packaging and the signature scent is rose. Loretta Base Care Oil comes in a pump bottle and is a leave-in oil treatment to be applied after hair has been towel dried.

The fragrance is rather mild, the texture of the oil is light and my hands don’t feel oily and sticky after I’ve applied the oil to my hair. Some oils can be very thick and too concentrated which makes me dread using the oil but not this one.
