A few years ago when I started this blog, I just wanted to share my reviews on products I’d bought and products that I noticed at the counters. At the time, I certainly didn’t expect to be invited to as many product launches and events as I do now.

The term “beauty junkie” is often used to describe those who are passionate about beauty products but I’ve never thought of myself as one. Sure, I love makeup and skincare but that’s not the extent of my interests. I love to read too but I don’t consider myself a bookworm. QV Face Moisturising Day Cream SPF 30 is for people like me who often forget about applying sunscreen. This one offers broad spectrum SPF 30 protection and hydration. The texture is quite light and liquid, more akin to sunscreen than moisturiser. The non-greasy formula should suit those with oily skin. It absorbs into my skin instantly.

QV is a trusted brand for sensitive skins and I think the price point is reasonable for quality and effective products. This moisturiser is pH-balanced with low irritant formulation, free from fragrance, colour and lanolin so it’s definitely suitable for sensitive, irritated and eczema prone skin.
